Placing Your Order
Phone Orders:
Please call 1-866-322-8273 on Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm (CST) or leave a message and we will call you back
Email Orders:
You may place your order by emailing us at media@dentonbible.org . Please provide a daytime telephone number, so that our customer service representative may call you back regarding your preference of payment and shipping instructions.
Online Orders:
You may place orders online using our shopping cart at dbcmedia.org.
Processing Your Order
Mailing List:
Denton Bible Church does not sell, loan, or give information from our mailing list to other companies or organizations. If you would like us to add or remove you from our mailing list, please email your request ( info@dbcmedia.org ) and provide your full name and address.

If you have questions about your order, returns, or replacements, please contact Customer service Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00PM Central time, at 1-866-323-8273.
Cancellation:
Once you have placed an order online, it cannot be canceled. Please call Customer Service at 1-866-323-8273 for more information. There are no refunds on downloaded materials
Shipping:
Orders will be shipped via UPS ground on Tuesday mornings (unless otherwise specified). You should receive your order within 10-14 days from the date the order is placed unless the item is out of stock and then it will take an additional week. USPS can sometimes take longer to deliver as well. The DVD of a message will not be available for up to 3 weeks after the message is given .
Rush Orders:
All rush orders must be placed by phone. We offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day. Please call 1-866-322-8273, or 940-297-6750 and make sure you inform the operator you have a rush order.
Standard Shipping :
Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery. You may expedite your shipping at an additional cost by choosing Next Day or 2nd Day Air. Please call 1-866-322-8273 to place your order. Carriers will not ship rush orders to P.O. boxes, so please include a street address for rush orders and UPS shipping.
International Orders:
We do ship internationally to anywhere the United Stated Post Office services. Depending on where you live, international orders can take 3-5 weeks. All international orders will be shipped via USPS, unless you specify otherwise. All international orders must be placed by phone or email and a money order is required for payment.
Pricing And Payment Options
CD’s & DVD’s:
All of the prices are suggested donations. If you cannot pay our suggested donation, please simply let us know; we will try to accommodate your budget. While this ministry is self-supporting, we do not want the cost to discourage someone from obtaining teaching of God’s Word. See FAQ’s for more on this subject. Our suggested donation for resources are as follows: CD’s are $4 individually or $3 per message if purchased in a series; DVD’s are $10 individually or $8 per message if purchased in a series. We do accept credit cards (VISA , MC & Discover, AMEX) for your convenience. We can also invoice orders and ship them without being prepaid; call us if you wish to be invoiced. Payment can be sent by mail; be sure to indicate your invoice number on the check or money order. We are a non-profit organization and trust our Lord to work through His people in meeting our expenses.
